Bruce County Trail Crew - We Put The FREE In Freeride
The first Bruce County Trail Crew was established in 2002. This tradition has continued over the past five years and more than 40 individuals have worked in our trails program.
Through corporate partnerships, government grants and county funding the County of Bruce has had the opportunity to hire individuals with various backgrounds to design and construct single-track and double-track trails for the Brant Tract, MTB Park, and Carrick Tract.
It is the Trail Crews that make these trails possible. Through rain, shine, and snow they are out there building trails for you. I often think that it takes a special person to build a trail. Lets face it, standing on a forty-five degree slope swing a Pulaski over your shoulder into the ground isn't exactly glamorous work.
